Green Cities 2014 to be held March 18-19, Melbourne

Green Cities 2014 is Australia’s premier built environment sustainability event and the ultimate forum for discussion, demonstration and debate on how to go beyond the boundaries, market challenges and the green wash.

Established in 2002, the Green Building Council of Australia is the authority on green buildings and sustainable communities in Australia. The Green Cities 2014 event will challenge all to build on successes by constructing new ways of thinking and new alliances to take sustainability beyond bricks and mortar.

The Green Cities 2014 program is distilled into three distinct yet complementary days.

Day 1: BLUEPRINT World-leading sustainable thinkers contribute their experiences, thoughts and actions to the discourse on our sustainable future.

Day 2: IMPRINT Our industry comes together to share tools, tactics and techniques to construct a greener built environment.

Day 3: FOOTPRINT Get up close and personal with the latest green building innovations during Green Star site tours and educational workshops.
